I tend to overthink almost everything which influences my stress hormones, and its probably an unattractive trait because a girl im talking to noticed it within like 4 days of speaking, it wasnt dumb shit like “ shes talking to other guys” it was more overthinking on what i said, what do you guys use to cope other than drugs or alc.
