How do you guys cope with school?

How the fuck does everyone sit and listen to a bunch of fucking teachers for 6 hours like low T cucks. Its not only just you being submissive cuck its also living a shit forced regimented lifestyle which fries your brain with cortisol spikes. School is only bearable if htn+ otherwise you have a horeshite cycle of negative feedback which causes you to do shit in school. Fuck this shit just wanna do my exams and fuck off.

Any tips to make school more bearable ? Already got a decent social circle but just get treated like shit by my school management
