How do you guys cope with your ADHD and autism

I have both ADHD and autism.

Recently asked my doctor to evaluate if I have autism or adhd turns out I have both

I hope I’m not the only one with this

Normal so I can be seen as someone that they can date and not deal with their abnormalities

U unknowingly mask because our conscience thinks that’s what normal is
