How do you guys decide which movements would have the best aesthetic outcome for Trimax?

My surgeon asked me what movements I want, but I'm not sure how to answer because I can't really visualize them,
I don't have a frame of reference for what those movements look like.

so i'll have to ask my surgeon about that pretty much? and see if the simulations look good
