How do you guys do high stims?

Bra I used to use woke af pre from bucked up as my usual and gradually went over 400mg of caffeine and then wanted to try out edge of insanity but that alpha yo fucked me up so bad bro I had a pounding heart for hours after taking it and had the worst cold sweats ever. My balls literally shrunk so far into me it was nearly smooth from my gooch up besides my dih. Had to go to the hospital the next morning cuz my heart was still pumpin too fast. Idk how I slept at night. how do you ngas do high stim drugs without sides/anxiety attacks? do you mix them with benzos? I can't even drink anything above 30mg of caffeine without feeling anxious now too.

I got Eu version, I think the weird alpha stuff is illegal here

yea I just checked and the formula is different.

Left is eu from what I searched up and the right is the one I took. Let me just say if you ever get anything with alpha yo or regular yohimbine don't double scoop that shit before testing yourself first. The US version of Edge is way stronger than the Eu just from the two ingredients I mentioned.

Just search up the Nutricartel website it has so much crazy shit in there like crack, dark horse, kill switch, etc. DMAA and DMHA shit is still sold but through grey markets.
