I’m curious on what yall think about death, cause as the oldest sibling I don’t want my siblings to go through seeing me in my casket one day even though it’s a normal natural occurrence but the thought of it happening makes me sad

I work at a nursing home and I see death all the time but like seeing how happy and young they once were and then seeing them non responsive. A lifeless body. It’s crazy man I don’t want to be reborn or be in a blank state of mind

I was talking to this one lady she was 73 and her brother was dying in the bed right next to us I asked her “how do you feel about death one day” I know it sounded fucked up at the time but she was completely open minded and said “usually around this age you already get bored of life and want to help others who are the next generation to come, aswell as you wanting to know what’s comes next after life”
