How do you guys find Plastic surgeons?

Orthodontic treatment is over by next year so I can't do any Facial plastic surgery till that's done. In the meanwhile, I'm looking for good doctors and low prices. How do you find Surgeons like Eppley?

I'm Upper east coast and don't feel like going to California.
