Yes and to answer your question you have to make sure you eat fresh never frozen ground beef. Frozen beef is bitter. The bacteria that makes it sweet is destroyed at a certain temperature.

Try eating you ground beef with diced tomatoes. That’s not what I do but I’ve seen others do it.
