How do you guys planify your projects ?

For example, if your main project is a youtube channel, how do you manage it ? Do you have like a task list ? Or you're going absolutly random in plannification ?

Every fucking body in this forum give advise like "create added values" but they give nothing about the fucking basics, HOW SHOULD I PLANIFY ??

Most people who have planners don’t actually stick to them I normally have a set of tasks to complete I make sure I finish those first then do what ever the fuck I want

you have to make it simple, set 1 goal and have a mini task to do every day/period or so.

just download an app on which you can simply press a button everytime you accomplish your goal and that's it.

let's say, a youtube channel. You gotta upload 1 video every week. You'll simply go there and mark your task as finished once you upload this video and thats it.

don't overdo it. max 2 tasks/goals, anything more and it'll become a hassle and you'll quit it.
