Personally i have a loofah that i only use for cleaning my ass
I soap it up then clean my ass then rinse my ass then soap up and rinse both my legs with my bare hands like 4-5 times since the soap from the ass cleaning runs down your legs
Then i soap up and rinse my upper body once with my bare hands and i use shampoo+conditioner on my hair
When i get out i only wipe my ass and my dick with the towel
