how do you find the motivation, discipline and persistence to keep exercising?
that mental part seems like an insurmountable obstacle to me, i just don't have the willpower
does it get addictive after a while or what?
the sad part is i actually feel great after a running session, for example, but i still cant use that realization to keep repeating the process
