how do you improve eye area

i have like neutral canthal tilt, not terrible upper eyelid exposure but not the best. i want to lower my eyebrows in a sense or give off the appearance of them lowered. when squinting my eye area looks 10 times better. i'm currently 15 so idk. just if anyone could give me some tips or other threads that would help. my eyes also lean more towards the "almond" side.

ive been kind of shaving corners of my brows to give them a more defined look, since when fully grown out theres a bad cowlick at the ends of them. i was thinking of getting a proper eyebrow kit. also, do you think i should use something like minoxidil? i already have pretty long lashes. if i were to use minoxidil, would topical or the kind you take orally be better?
edit: do you also know of any threads or guides on how to properly take care of your eyebrows and make them more appealing in a sense?

to do this u can use topical minoxidil + dermastamp for eyebrows.

for eyelashes i would recommend latisse even tho u can have some infra orbital fat loss if used for too long

is dermastamp required to have somewhat of an effect? would it still work somewhat decent without one? i'll look into latisse, i've heard about it before.
