Jaw surgery + rhino, widening your malar area, or chin implants + rhino all can help improve midface ratios. Would only slightly change the angle of the nose however because removing too much of the nose can often lead a face to become barren/empty. Some people look better with wider noses tbh but hooked noses are very unideal
