Don’t use your phone before you sleep and don’t eat before you sleep. Try going outside in nature for some time and get sun light. Eat good food and avoid seed sludge and seed oils.
couple things firstly consistency and schedule are important, go to sleep at the same time every night, or atleast try to. room needs to be as dark as possible, keep the room relatively cool as well around 60-65f (15-16c). Supplement magnesium and melatonin as well before hands for better sleep

Solution
Drink 1 pocket of chamomile tea before sleep if you have thick blood

If your eyes are dry, you have thick blood

This has been talked about so much you fellas really gotta learn to do some independent research
Main thing is sleeping and waking up at the same time everyday other than getting enough hours ofcourse

Thanks but why is eating before sleep bad?
Eating before sleeping can disrupt digestion and increase the risk of acid reflux, as lying down makes it harder for your body to process food properly. It can also interfere with sleep quality by raising blood sugar and metabolism when your body should be resting.
