I keep seeing mixed opinions about them and I’m trying to figure out what’s actually true. Do they really work and what exactly are they supposed to improve?





If you’ve used them before, how did you do them, how often per week, and what kind of results did you see?

Pretty sure they do very little in reality

done them myself and i can confirm they work but not really noticeable, it helped my posture a little and made my neck a little bit thicker but nothing crazy. i do them with my head hanging from my bed and i put a 10kg plate on my forehead and do like 2 sets every other day

train it like any other muscle and you will see growth but dont expect major changes in your appearance besides getting a thicker and stronger neck,and maybe better posture(depends)
