How do you increase eye width to height ratio?

Only method i know of is using volufiline on the skin above the eyelid and using PDO threads.
Also medial canthus cutting but im probably not going to do that since its risky and chance of succeeding is abysmal

if the problem is the height you con just do lower eyelid retraction surgery I think
