How do you increase your IQ?

Don't give some bs, I am currently doing dual N back, leaning Spanish, world history and memorization, etc. really basic stuff also 9h sleep, caffeine and L theanine, etc. my brain feels clear but i want to increase my literal IQ. Again this is a high IQ thread so give your best advice

There is nothing you can do to improve IQ. IQ is intelligence quotient and is determined genetically. But. You can improve knowledge, which will make you inherently smarter. Reading, writing, and researching are the three ways to improve knowledge.

my base iq is actually really good especially as a kid. i kind of fucked it up with weed tho when i was older, now that I'm locking in again is that good or bad that i had that base? like would it have been better if i had average genes and good up brining or great genes and kinda bad up brining?
