Like, at the end of the day you're modifying your own self, who you were meant to be, how do you rationalize that in your mind?

I guess for people with actual deformities that might be easy, because then you can at least argue that you have a condition and a surgery is "the cure" for it...

But like, for shit that's just ugly I don't know if it's justifiable or not to get surgeries, most people that go through rhinoplasties, for example, have perfectly normal, average, noses.

You're making it sound as if this is some grand destiny for you to look ugly and improving yourself isn't in line with it. It's just a face nigga.

Improving yourself is different from getting surgeries

Improving yourself is softmaxxing, actually changing who you are is more like "creating a new self"

And it's not just your face, it's the deconstruction of the Ego, your looks are one of the most important components of your identity, it's not that simple...

It's pretty simple to me. If you have some kind of limitations embedded in your mind about what you "should" look like and would get impostor syndrome after surgery, i'm sorry for you.

I was meant to be Jon-Erik

Whatever it takes to fulfill your end goal to procreate. That’s how. Just one con: You won’t be able to hide it long enough. Your base is you

If you think all you are is just a materialistic being it might unironically be harder. I don't though so I don't give a shit lmfao

By the same logic you would never cut your hair, brush your teeth, or use antiperspirant.

LOL what a nerd you are. Get the surgery, mog everyone around me and fuck Stacy is my justification.

if a girl thinks you're cute/likes you, it's because of the good things you already have about your current appearance. what's the problem with upgrading this then.

It's like saying you can't change your behavior because your behavior is who you are

I see a problem when you modify to the point of completely changing the appearance, which does not happen in most cases. Because in this case it must be very strange for the person not to recognize his face, but if he was deformed before, I believe he will like the new appearance.

you on this earth are a process happening over time that will close and be complete at the moment of your death, not the shape of your nose.

This view that you ARE determined by what you look like is an extreme lookist view that I don't share

this creature is destined to be ugly

It is a means to an end. In 250yrs humans will transcend our current physical form anyway.

Where is the point between "upgrading what you have" and looking completely different than how you already look like?

Anything that is not implants is OK in my book, you are just moving/removing your own tissue, not that much different from eating supplements or gymcelling but putting plastic in your face is actual foid behavior

lefort 3 > chin implant

youre not mentally ill

I never said it's good or bad to be natural, just that, at the end of the day, going through surgeries you're changing a natural aspect of yours

that's exactly my question, like, how do you justify it to yourself? Do you consider it to be smt bad or not??

use your eyes and see it, most people dont look like completely different... those who do is because:
1) they were giga recessed or some shit
2)they did some giga tard procedures

see these picture and see it:
those who have frontal pics, their face just look like it improved
