how do you keep your growth plates open?

im uneducated on growth plates, how do u guys on stacks actually keep them open? ive heard ai's keep em open but surely theres more to it lol. preferably wanting replies from ppl on cycle through puberty

High estradiol is for growth plates closure so u want low Estradiol. But im not hte best 1 in this topic.

so just take ana or arima if ur on a stack in puberty?

I have no clue man, i think aromatase inhibitors could help but do research since for example with ai u have a chance of 30% for osteoporosis.
@Orka @PSLbbc are pros in this i think.
