how do you know if you have good muscle insertions

lift first if you have to ask you're still dyel.

Optimal muscle insertions:
  • No gap between chest muscles
  • Long or short biceps, I prefer long as it gives a better look once filled out
  • Shoulder insertions (most important IMO) gives either rounded or wider frame look
  • Abs and obliques insertions, optimal is symmetrical
  • Lat insertions, high lats are better IMO
