How do you know if you need rotation?

I have a slight maxillary protrusion and recessed chin. But my gonial angle is pretty good and lacks width from the front. My maxilla is basically like the after of this result.

I'm considering getting bimax but idk if I need rotation. I want more of an anteface, orthognathic profile, and a more forward grown mandible and chin. Should I just stick to trimax (bimax + semi chin wing) boyos?
