How do you know what canthoplasty to get for pfl increase

So there's a chance of looking very uncanny if u get wrong canthoplasty, I.e if you get epicanthoplasty you might look like cyclops, if you get lateral canthoplasty u also have a chance of getting fucked, so how do you know which to get? Can I tell just judged off pfl + esr + bzygonial width
