If you take this before and after as an example, this neck lift ends up making a fucking crazy difference as you can see, not only does it show the whole jaw, but also removes basically all the fat under the chin, creating an ideal submental area.
Where as if you look here, this guy had the same procedure done, and although it improved his submental area, it's still not really given him that clean jawline and basically gotten rid of the fat under the chin:
So how exactly will you know whether or not a procedure like this or submental lipo or whatever will actually end up benefitting you, or barely making a difference?
