hey guys im new here ive been wondering how to naturally maximise my height and bone growth during puberty (14-16 range)
i might be a bit young but i hope you guys can help

You’ve got time. Eat, sleep, lift, posture – your body will do most of the work, genetics decide the rest.

8+ hours of sleep, no less than -500 defecit for a long amount of time, low stress all the time, exercise regularly (gym or sports)

my parents are short as fuck 5'1 and 5'6 but other close family tall as hell 5'11+ (tall for where im from) most of my family are above average in looks my genetics are pretty decent everyone has insane testosterone all jacked full grown beard men are 6 foot plus. i just want to be 5'10-5'11 not 6 foot so i think im good, already taller than my older brother and my dad have a large handspan than my entire family and my frame is better than my parents and brother my legs are longer than my parents and brother but torso short and i asked chatgpt that means i will grow idk
