the problem is that i get different ways, some from the middle eyebrow some from the bottom and i dont know which one is correct

Most effective method is to take a pic with minimum lens distortion and then measuring the ratio using any measuring software.
The ratio is: bizygomatic Length divided by the length between your nasion and upper lip
