Nah, I just don't know how to judge what is a big or small jawline.

I'm mainly referring to length, like center of chin to the edge of my jawline. What length is ideal?

A "good jaw" is made up of quite a few things. Mostly length, width, ramus height, and gonial angle. There may be some more but those are the most important.

I just now measured my cheekbone width and it is 5.5 inches, my forehead is also 5.5 inches wide, and my chin to hairline is 8 inches exactly. Are these good measurements?

The exact measurements don't matter much. Either you're attractive or you're not. If you're decent looking (5PSL), NT, and bigger than the average guy in your area, you shouldn't have much trouble dating.

If you're wanting to become a plastic surgeon and the measurements actually do matter to you, then you're in the wrong place. Go to school for that shit.
