Hey I’m a beginner to this forum, I wanted to ask what are the methods used to thumb pull, where exactly do you do it is there any diagram.

I also want to expand my palate, I’ve got a super narrow palate and can provide measurements / teeth images if required, Ive seen a website called bracesshop which have a number of palatal expanders which you can do at home.

Any recommendations / advice , hope someone can follow up
