How do you mew while sleeping?

I can't mew while sleeping. I've been trying to mew for the last 4 weeks, but I can never sleep on my back and mew. Do you have any techniques for that?

its not up to mewing while sleeping, its whether or not u breath through your nose first. You can accomplish that by taping your mouth shut when sleeping, over time you will start mewing too and finally your body will get used to it and you will not even need the tape
