How do you motivate yourself.

I cant do anything without failure beside.
I need to be more motivated to do the things I dont want to do. But its not that I dont want to do them, rather I just cant.

I feel like its more to do with exhaustion. I wake up in the mornings to an alarm I subconsciously turn off and ignore then rot the day away
