What can I do to not be such a fucking social retard? I'm not good at conversation, I say stupid shit, and I'm incredibly awkward. Is there any drugs I can take or get prescribed to that will treat this? I feel like I'm even worse when I'm stoned and I'm stoned 24/7 so I'm gonna try getting off that, but if I'm still retarded afterwards what can I do?

biggest problem with autists is the lack of awareness when it comes to social cues.
autists can still be funny and talk normally with people but they have a hard time escalating things with girls.

i have awareness though, I still fuck up every time regardless though, so now anytime I go out to a party or hangout with new people I'm super quiet and try my hardest not to do anything retarded, it works but if people try talking to me I usually end up sounding pretty retarded. should i get therapy or something i need to learn conversation and how to act normal

All you can do is practice. Since you’re actually aware of it you can definitely evaluate your mistakes and work on them to improve your social skills but like anything it takes practice
