I have been eating clean, hitting macros daily. Ive been dialled properly for the better part of 4 months now

(been going gym over 1.5 years now but had injury)

But my lifts arent improving past 3 weeks, tried upping wide grip lat pulldown to 55kg -> 65kg (no inbetween) and only 4 reps, tried again yesterday and still just 4 reps.

Same issue with other lifts.

To anyone wondering, currently eating at maintenance

I would keep doing what youre doing for a couple more weeks and then see if you need to take action. (If you dont progress)

It has happened to me too but I just kept going and I started making progress again.

You could also try a deload week if you might have been overloading your body.

Yea, not making progress in the gym drives me crazy too. I had a shoulder injury last year so I couldnt work out for a long time a and lost a lot off progress, and I almost lost my shit:ROFLMAO:
