How do you pass a urine drug test?

My state uses urine tests to test for drugs, how can I pass these?
I've heard of using fake piss but they patt you down and make sure you don't bring anything into the room you do the test in.

Marijuana: 1-7 days for occasional users up to 4-6 weeks for chronic users.

Cocaine/Methamphetamine: 2-3 days.

Opioids: 1-3 days.
