Bank transfer is self explanatory, Then any other apps like Remitly, Revolut, Wise etc. are usually E-Money accounts, you get the app, pay yourself on the app from your main banking app, then use that to send them money

Western union is also a bank, and when they specify it they usually mean from your western union account to their western union account
