How do you actually detect ioi's. Like if a girl is talking to me a lot i'm gonna start picking them up, but I really struggle actually being sure. Most of the time I've found friends pick them up better than me and when they tell me a girl is into me she actually is. So when it's from ppl I talk to normally it's fine. But my friends n family often tell me such girl was eyeing me down n I didn't even notice her. It doesn't feel fair to brutalize normies when you yourself used to get brutalized. Like I get that's what life is like, but how do I look out for them more so I can least give a kind smile to not seem completely detached.
To all the ones askin what I look like : I stand 178cm but wear 1inch boosters, am somewher in the htn range, white, more on the pretty side than robust. Lean frame tho i'm workin on that
