How do you promote optimal facial growth in children?

Everyone always talks about proper development, there was even this Pic of twins one of them having proper growth (pct and good facial structure) and one improper (nct and bad facial structure) so what exactly affects that?
Is it the food they eat and chew and the breathing which y'all say is cope or what exactly?

I'll try to find the pic so y'all don't say that I'm larping about the above.
