How do you properly open teeth smile?

I'm talking smiling like this

He looks so high trust and approachable

Meanwhile when I try to show my teeth and smile I look like this

His smile is relaxed and natural he is not trying to show his teeth, you can only really see his top teeth anyway.

The bottom photo is like something from a horror movie, looks like a very forced smile and almost uncanny.

I've been told I have a great smile and I think it's just because I only smile when that's my genuine emotion. People are very good at picking apart real and fake smiles so I think my "good smile" for example is simply because when people see me smile it is always a real smile and not like the abomination bottom picture
