You just see yourself having an illness or deformity that NEEDS to be fixed.

No different from lung surgery or heart surgery.

Once you see this as non optional and you need to fix something it becomes easy to undergo.

Call me crazy but I find it so exciting going to a foreign country, completely by myself, having plastic surgery and entrusting my life into the hands of a complete stranger at the height of a global virus pandemic.

It's thrilling and fun.

Plus the risk always outweighs the reward - granted you go to a good doctor, have done your research, are a proper candidate, have realistic expectations, and always have a contingency plan.

I got rhino and a chin implant from a discount doctor. I didnt tell my family for obvious reasons. I figured I've wanted to do the surgery for like 10 years, and if I dont do it now, I'll probably want to do it for the next ten years. In the end the surgery results turned out better than expected. Still swollen but I think I went up about 1 psl point.
