well all you have to do is get a picture of the black guy u want to rate and compare them to broderick hunter and guess with how many points broderick mogs them.
broderick is 9 black psl
formula black psl = 9 mogged by x points = that black guys psl (not accounting smv)

example = "he got mogged and broderick looks 2x better" = 9 - 4.5 = 4.5 psl
