Do you run away from the situation or maybe crack a joke to break the awkwardness? What's a good reaction so you don't look even worse than you already do?

I may be heighmogged at 6'1 1/10 (morning height), but NEVER framemogged: it only happened 2 times in my life and my frame was still wider but theirs were thicker, they were manual workers and +60yo (I was 17yo 235lb) who ate a lot of meat, one was 265lb and the other 300lb.

The 5'11 300lb guy's frame was the most amazing and scary shit I've ever seen in person: he looked like a smaller version of Kyriakos Grizzly but with a waaay smaller gut, voracious raw beef eater and drank 90 raw eggs/day... He was bald and had a big scorpion tattooed on the back of his head, Lemmy Kilmister-style mustache and when you looked him from the back he didn't have that much mass on his frame, like barely any muscle, it looked like most of it were bones... He also had thick hair on his hands, forearms, chest, back and shoulders and always wearing black sunglasses, looked like something straight out of Sons Of Anarchy (actually LOOKS because he's still alive and well, he's my uncle).
