How do you really see yourself?

I don’t mean in terms of how your life actually is (financial situation, looks, life quality) but instead how you view your self, at a fundamental level

you will often see people on here complaining about how “ chad gets X without Y “ “ I’m too ugly to do this “ basically endlessly self deprecating
But nevertheless these same people will give off an air of superiority and obviously still view themselves above the majority for whatever reason, even though they’re life doesn’t reflect this

Essentially, is your sense of self worth based on what you tangibly have/lack or on more abstract qualities
