How do you see yourself

Is there a way to truly see ourselves, as if we were seeing ourselves from another's perspective, with another's eyes?
Have you ever asked yourself this question?

For example, I was wondering if it would be possible to do it through today's 3D viewers.

See our figure and study ourselves for who we are, for how we are seen by others.
Seeing yourself in mirrors or in photos or videos would never give you an idea of what we are like in real life.

There’s no way to get a first impression of urself or see urself perfectly ur always gonna either think ur more attractive due to getting used to ur face or think ur uglier due to dysmorphia

When it comes to ourselves there’s no way of seeing it the way someone else would unless u spend years without looking at urself then like 10 years later ask somebody to take a pic and show u
