How do you slow down time perception?

Going to try meditation/mindfulness since I read it helps with this sort of stuff and being more "present"

When you recall events, all those days that were spent doing the same shit will just be seen as one time period and the only thing that'll stick out are the days you did something new. This is exactly why dudes living boring lives. Always making excuses and taking no action to change their lives around . I used to work with people who were always doing new stuff everyday/mult times a week to spice up their lives. One of these people was a manager who came into work pretty early and didn't leave until like 3-4pm but still managed to have a pretty fun life outside of work. The type of person to get off work and decide to go on a road trip to a nearby city or try a new restaurant they've never been to.. and always putting themselves out there to meet new people. Obviously not everyone can do this but it shows you that if you really wanted to, you can. But people just choose not to lol..

this is why I took the hedonism/optimistic-nihilism pill. Im non-NT and dont care what people think anymore. Even if you're ugly, you can moneymaxx and still live a pretty good life. And if you're a non-NT guy like me, embracing hedonism and existential nihilism just gives you so much confidence since you literally do not care about shit anymore since we're all gonna die anyway. That's not what hedonism is. Hedonism is simply putting self pleasure before societal expectations. I rarely drink (maybe twice a year) and I never smoked nor done drugs in my life and never will. And I don't party. I just put my own self pleasure (things I actually enjoy) before what people expect me to do as a male (starting a family, settling down, being a workaholic, etc). I do whatever I want, whenever I want. I have good friends (my bestfriend i've known for 7 years now). Also your last sentence is just a strawman lmfao. No one is saying your actions are free from consequences. Thats common fuckin sense my man.
