every source I saw for pbs was In A bottle and I don’t know if that is okay when typically it should be in a sterile vial… and how do you even use the pbs to reconstitute it in new to any peptides

you can use pbs from a bottle as long as it's sterile and endotoxin-free, but it's best to transfer it into a sterile vial before reconstituting. draw it up with a sterile syringe, transfer to a sterile vial, then use that to reconstitute the ghk-cu. standard sterile technique applies.
