How do you speak to women?

As an ND male I suck at speaking to strangers in general of there is a chance that we speak again (im pretty okay at speaking to strangers in public since i know if I suck at it it’s okay). I got a crush on this Girl a year above me. Shes kinda Ashbie adjacent (oneitis for a fictional character, it’s over i know) and her voice is SO cute! She is in the same enviromental/social equality group as me (sounds super performative i know, but i do volunteer for charitable organizations) and i have no idea how to start talking to her. I stimmed so hard at our last meeting too, way more than i do in class. Im so nervous around her, i kept looking at her and she might have seen it too, im not sure though. I kinda prowled through every student in our highschool database until i found her name and class, but her IG is private so i can't even study about her. Does anyone have any idea how i can start speaking with her and maybe even tips to make talking succesful, im desperate.

But dude shes so cute and im already a nervous wreck always. Shes also graduating this year and im a year below so i HAVE to make something happen before summer comes around. Im currently just working on getting crazy shredded and growing my hair out while clearing my skin up but she does'nt seem to be a girl impressed purely by looks (HUGE plus) and i have no idea how to speak to her, im nervous just thinking about her
