I've been mewing for about 5 month, in the 3 month mark I saw forward growth but when I got metal braces put on I saw less and less growth ,but I've taken off my braces because it came off and wasn't doing anything to my teeth , so I've came to ask you all is there any way I can speed up bone growth of the face??????
