Insomnia keeps me up because my body spends so little energy, so after "sleep". I basically rot and watch whatever show I can currently emotionally handle for that day, with breaks to call incel friends in the day, and then spend whatever other time on here.

I need to keep doing this cybersecurity certificate, but I've lost all motivation tbh
