Her being 25+yo.
Her being from countryside and/or poor family, having significantly lower income than you, being on low tier jobs or not working at all.
Her having sisters and best friends married.
Her being a single mom (tho such will be filtered out by you in the beginning I think).
Her putting a lot of emphasis on percieved status.
Hed thinking you won't cheat because of your appearance and character.
Her talking about getting kids a lot, put of suddenly, putting a lot of emphasis on them.

My sister is engaged currently. She met him when she was 27. My sister is (or was, she’s burning out already) very career oriented and independently minded and about the 180 degree opposite of a gold digger. But her mindset switched and she went on according to our mom over 100 interview style first dates.

The typical yuppie was nowhere near enough for her. She wanted an age gap, the guy is 11 years older than her. She wanted someone more exciting than just the typical office working millennial, that bores her, this guy was a commercial pilot and now a university professor, owns businesses and rental properties, makes like $400k per year. And perhaps most importantly he uses his money for her lifestyle wishes, this is what real buxxing is. I’m not gonna call it betabuxxing because they’re about looksmatched.

Now that I see this relationship, people here need to stop throwing around the term betabuxxing to describe any and every relationship that challenges their belief in hypergamy. Buxxing is something specific and you need way more money to really do it than some people here might think.
