How do you STAY lean during summer???

Going on a summer vacation to Spain for a few months

But how tf do you STAY lean ?????

Obviously lean is law and I wanna look stetic on the beach and in da club :forcedsmile:

But I also wanna have fun partying, drinking and eating out with friends

Are there any legit leanmaxx methods to actually STAY in a deficit or at maintenance

but WITHOUT having to autistically track my cals n shiet ??

I'm also staying with my grandma so I don't think starving is an option :pepefrown:

just eat in a slight deficit, as along you are in one youre fine

you can stay lean even if you're eating some shit and drinking if it's only for a week or so. If it's more than that then just get more cardio in while ur there

nobody is going to track calories in summer
get lean enough now to stay shredded whole summer
after summer when you're fat you can cut down again

you can stay lean even if you're eating some shit and drinking if it's only for a week or so. If it's more than that then just get more cardio in while ur there
so like swimming or surfing maybe?

Tell youre grandparents that youre not hungry or suggest to them to buy healthy food and not goyslop

my grandma is spanish and for them food is like a social thing idk
if i skipped out on meals she'd get mad asf lol

Then look for a spanish recipe thats low calorie and lownfat or some shit like that and tell her thats yojr favourite

Be lean to start,

BUT

don't come into the summer straight from a huge calorie deficit because you will be extremely hungry and will probably rebound.

+ skip breakfast, walk and stay active throughout the day doing sports or whatever.

Even if you end up being in a surplus during the summer if you were very lean to start, gaining 1-2 kgs in those months won't change you much.

but in summer i wanna have fun
not having to autstically refuse drinks from a busty htb at the club because of muhh keto diet :forcedsmile:

Usually you'll eat most at dinner. Go for the lower calorie food option.

And just walk a lot. You want to eat at maintenance calories or slightly under ish.

Only problem is in Spain they have big dinners at noon and then a lighter snack for dinner
Usually dinner is like sandwiches but I'll just ask for a yoghurt instead

Practice coconut water fasting. During summer one is commonly reducedly ravenous.

Just 15 minutes of cardio every now and then. Uphill walking after gym and Rope skipping at home without The Rope. 15 Mins is enough as long as you dont eat like a pig
