How do you stay looking lean all day?

Like if you wake up in the morning looking lean but then as soon as you eat you get bloated, how do you prevent this

You’ll probably have to fast and when you break it you have to eat the right foods.

But one must be 10-12% body fat for such thing to even stop happening.
