How do you stop day-ones and family from ruining you?

I live in fear every day that my toothless semechki-eating Slav parents will find a tax return or something showing that I make 5x more than both of them combined and start asking me for money and ruin our relationship. Same with friends. I was putting in work while they were sitting on their ass making up calculations. I got off my ass, got to it fast, now they hate it too. How do I prevent this?

Same with siblings. They wasted all their time complaining about their job instead of improving, now they asking for a handout telling me I changed. I always kept it 100. I think I might just separate myself and just stay in my lane.
